Registration fees

AINI Member*  240 Euros
Non AINI Member  300 Euros
*AINI Members should be updated with the annual association fee.
The registration fees include VAT of 20%.

The registration fee includes:
- participation in the scientific sessions;
- congress kit;
- certificate of attendance;
- coffee breaks;
- buffet lunches;
- Social Dinner;

The registration must be done on-line within September 10, 2010 by filling out the on-line registration form which will be soon available at the bottom of this page.

Payments can be made by on-line credit card or by bank transfer. Upon receipt of actual payment, the organising secretariat will send the confirmation and the invoice by email.

Cancellation will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

- full refund for cancellation received within September 5, 2010 except 50 Euros for administrative expenses;
- 50% refund for cancellation received from September 5 to 29, 2010 included;
- no refund for cancellation received from September 29, 2010 and for no-show.

Names change will be available free of charge until September 29, 2010.

Hotel accommodation

Rooms will be available at special congress rates at the Regina Palace Hotel, congress venue, during the conference dates. Hotel reservations should be done on-line within September 10, 2010 by filling out the relevant fields in the registration form which will be available soon at the bottom of this page.

Special reduced rates have been designated for young AINI members, students and/or researchers as indicated below.

Rates are per room, per night and are inclusive of breakfast, service and VAT 10%.

AINI Members and Non Members will be assigned a room (lake or garden view) in the main hotel building.

Students AINI Members and Non Members will be assigned a room (side view) in the new hotel wing.

Full payment is required upon reservation.

Changes & cancellation will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

- postmarked before June 30, 2010 full refund;
- postmarked before July 30, 2010 50% of the total amount paid;
- postmarked before August 30, 2010 75% of the total amount paid;
- no refund for cancellations received from September 5, 2010 and for no-show.
