Members Area
Dear Members,
it is a pleasure to introduce the restricted area of our web site dedicated to the AINI members only. The setting of this interactive portal represents a relevant goal of the associative activity that the present steering committee developed since the beginning of his office, and it aims at providingmembers with valuable, informative, and useful services. We strongly believe that the creation of a web community for the neuroimmunology area - dedicated to members only and aimed at guaranteeing continuous scientific updates and prompt technical support for the daily activities performed in our research labs as well as in our wards - may represent a main and relevant tool to pursue the educational and informative goals that are part of the statutory purposes of our Association.
The dedicated area will be accessed by using a personal password provided to all members, and the following sections will be available:
- "Community", an area for comments and impressions, for the sharing of documents related to selected categories of discussion, and a forum for questions and answers on topics related to topics relevant to neuroimmunology;
- "Didactics", an area where educational resources can be downloaded for consultation or for use in classes or lectures. These files consist of lessons or lectures given by experts from all over the world during the recent years in the occasion of the Italian Residential Courses of Neuroimmunology (CRNI) and of the European School of Neuroimmunology (ESNI);
- "Library", an area containing a valuable and updated collection of selected scientific articles of interest on various topics concerning Neuroimmunology, but not only, that can be fully downloaded;
- "Documents", an area for topics and proposals from the Association, and also a sort of "laboratory manual" that hopefully will facilitate the acquisition of both theoretical and technical skills;
- "Links", an area where you will be provided of useful web address to go through in order to have detailed information on different activities such as job opportunities and research funding agencies.
This is only the starting point. Any web community is based on the continuous interaction and contribution of the participants, thus in order to succeed we invite you to actively interact and to participate through the creation of discussions, the posting of comments, suggestions, and criticisms, with the final goal of constantly improving the contents of the web site. Stay on-line!
Last but not least, we would like to thank Merck-Serono for the unrestricted support to this project, that hopefully will represent for all of us a useful tool for our daily scientific activity.
